Ashley Harrington is a Director at LSP Renewables, bringing over a decade of experience in the Renewable Energy industry. His deep industry knowledge and consultative approach have made him a trusted advisor to many of the key players driving the global energy transition. At LSP, Ashley leads the strategic direction and management of the entire recruitment division. Seth has specialised in supporting his clients international manpower needs by providing senior level appointments within the renewables, engineering and construction sector since 2006. Having started her career as a recruiter in 2008, she later transitioned into marketing, earning a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013. In 2021, she expanded her expertise further by stepping into an operational leadership role, overseeing LSP’s compliance and marketing teams. Now serving as Operations Director, Kathryn is responsible for managing all operational aspects of LSP on a global scale. Dharmesh joined LSP in 2018 as our Finance Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the recruitment sector. A highly skilled accountant, he has held key financial roles across the services, telecoms, and banking industries. His expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning plays a crucial role in ensuring LSP’s financial health and operational efficiency. As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Dharmesh brings a strong analytical approach to financial oversight, helping drive sustainable growth and sound financial decision-making within the business.
Adrian joined LSP Renewables in August 2019 as a Commercial Manager on a consultancy basis before transitioning to a full-time role in June 2021. As a key member of the team, he oversees all legal responsibilities across our offices, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. With extensive expertise in contract management, onboarding, insurance, and entity solutions, Adrian provides vital guidance and support, helping LSP navigate complex legal frameworks and maintain seamless business operations. His strategic approach ensures that our global workforce and clients receive best-in-class legal and commercial support.
Cory brings six years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the Energy and Utilities sectors. His extensive background in the energy market has provided him with a deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by Contractors, EPCs, Manufacturers, and Utilities in meeting their staffing needs. Passionate about the transition to renewable energy, Cory is committed to supporting the U.S. in its shift to cleaner energy and witnessing the transformation of the grid into a greener, more sustainable system.
Kyri began his recruitment career in 2013, gaining valuable experience in Oil, Gas, and Renewables. Since 2015, he has worked closely with many of the leading offshore wind developers and utilities, meeting their staffing needs for both permanent and contract positions across the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has also served as a Senior Account Manager for key clients, building long-lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. Kyri joined LSP in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager and has recently transitioned into the role of Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing our delivery team to ensure that all client requirements are met with the highest level of service and efficiency.
Ryan began his recruitment career in 2013 and has since gained extensive experience supporting clients and candidates in the global offshore wind sector. Throughout his career, he has built and managed strong partnerships with leading offshore wind developers, utilities, owners, and EPCIs across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering top-tier talent solutions have made him a trusted partner in the rapidly expanding offshore wind market.
Meet Sam, a former Royal Engineer of the British Army with 18 years of expertise spanning our entire suite of recruitment services. With his vast experience and passion for delivering NetZero ambitions, Sam is leading LSP’s efforts to expand our service offering within onshore renewable technologies, including the fast-growing energy storage markets. His military background ensures a disciplined, focused, and strategic approach to recruitment. Sam’s dedication is based on nurturing relationships to help each other, whilst contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.
Scott has been recruiting within the Solar PV industry since 2014, successfully placing experienced professionals across more than 10 European countries. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from Project Development to Asset Management, including Investment and Finance, as well as Module/Inverter Sales. Over the years, Scott has built and maintained strong relationships with leading asset owners and IPPs in the PV industry, providing tailored recruitment solutions and attending key industry events to stay ahead of market trends. Scott joined LSP Renewables in March 2021 as a Senior Consultant, and due to his outstanding contributions, he was recently promoted to Head of Solar. In this role, he is responsible for managing and expanding our dedicated Solar division, continuing to drive growth and deliver exceptional talent solutions within the solar energy sector.
Marcus brings LSP a wealth of talent acquisition expertise having joined the industry in 1998. He is responsible for the growth of the Green Finance division, by delivering Investment, Finance and Business Transformation executives into both LSP’s expanding global renewables portfolio and new logo clients. He specialises in sourcing best-of-market talent, coupled with a proven track record of business development and establishing strategic client relationships. His prior experience includes the appointment of Permanent, Interim and Contract FTSE 100 Financial Management and Investment executives to asset managers, management consultancies, PE backed firms, VC’s, pension funds and advisory firms.
With 15+ years of experience in the staffing industry, paired with over a decade of expertise specialising in the Renewable Energy domain, John has built strong, lasting relationships with some of the industries most recognised brands and their strategic leadership figureheads. Holding key business leadership and strategy-enabling positions throughout his career, John has navigated through the rapid rise of Renewable Energy, scaling specialist teams and delivering exceptional services to his client network, with a current core focus on Onshore Renewables, encompassing Grid, Interconnectors, HVDC and Solar/Storage.
Leam joined LSP in 2023 as a Senior Consultant within our dedicated cables division. After three and a half years of experience recruiting offshore personnel in the subsea cable, renewable energy and defence industries, Leam looks to provide our clients with highly skilled personnel to assist with a variety of cables projects across the globe.
Andy is LSP’s Head of Key Accounts, where he plays a crucial role in supporting clients worldwide with their contract and permanent project resource needs. With a wealth of experience in renewable energy recruitment since 2014, Andy is deeply involved in helping clients grow their teams in this dynamic sector. In his role, Andy works closely with key players across the renewable energy supply chain to ensure resource demands are consistently met. Paige comes to LSP with over eight years of experience in recruitment, primarily within the restructuring and insolvency sector. In her role, Paige is partnering with Marcus to expand the Green Investment division, focusing on M&A buy-side and sell-side, debt and equity advisory specialists, as well as the recruitment of Investment and Financial Management executives. She brings with her a wealth of experience within this expanding sector and contributes to the ongoing success of the company.
Neil is a dedicated solar PV consultant with LSP Renewables' onshore renewables team, specializing in connecting top-tier talent with leading companies across Europe. Since joining LSP in August 2022, Neil has successfully placed professionals at every stage of the project lifecycle, including Development, EPC, Asset Management, and Sales, working on behalf of leading Utilities, IPPs, Developers, EPCs, and O&M providers in the solar PV industry. Neil's extensive customer service skills enable him to deliver a first-class experience to both new and existing clients.
Alex joined LSPs Taiwan office with a background in Human Resource Management. He has been involved in Taiwan renewable industry by consulting and fulfilling local and global talent requirements for our Developers, Services Providers and EPCI clients across APAC region. As a bilingual in the Mandarin and English language he has been able to develop and maintained a high level of the knowledge and understanding of Asia Renewable Market and is dedicated to provide high-quality consulting for both the clients and candidates.
Beck joins LSP as an Associate Consultant. Having been in different industries sales experience and event planning since 2016, Beck brings a range of transferrable skills and local knowledge to assist our APAC growth.
Sandy Chen joins LSP Renewables as Associate Consultant in our Taiwan team, striving to help create value by building meaningful shareholder relationships in Asia renewable energy industry.
Bosha joined LSP Renewables as a Consultant in our Taiwan office in January 2024. Bringing with her two years of recruitment experience in the Renewable, Oil and Gas, and High Technology industries, Bosha has experience of successfully managing both contract and permanent placements. Before venturing into the recruitment field, Bosha served as a Regional Sales Representative in the electronics sector. With a goal to foster strong relationships with experts, Bosha is dedicated to contributing towards making the world a more sustainable place.
Ming joined LSP Renewables as an Associate Consultant with a strong background within the accounting industry and analytical skills across various different sectors. He brings a diverse set of transferable skills and local knowledge that will contribute to the growth of our APAC team.
George graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He joined LSP in February 2020 as a Delivery Consultant within our delivery team. Using his knowledge of Civil Engineering to provide first class delivery, George quickly took on the role of Senior Delivery Consultant and became a vital part of our delivery function. George has been with LSP for over 2 years and was promoted to an Account Managers across both our Permanent and Contract Division. George will focus on delivering and networking within Senior roles across the renewable energy industry.

Luke joined LSP Renewables in September 2023 after completing his A Levels in June. Luke brings a range of interpersonal and customer service skills where he will apply these when supporting our Engineering Team. Luke will cover a range of permanent and contract positions across all areas of Engineering within the renewable energy industry. Sophie joined LSP in February 2020 to support the delivery team, providing experienced talent in to our contract client base. Whilst part of the delivery team Sophie specialised in subsea cable, looking after and some of our key clients. Sophie now works as a Consultant within our Senior division.
As an Associate Consultant at LSP Renewables, Storm specialises in the development, consenting and environmental aspects of projects across all renewable technologies. Storm has a passion for the environment and assisting in global efforts to meet net zero. Storm is responsible for providing developers, IPP’s and the wider renewables supply chain with the best possible resources to ensure projects are developed and consented before being handed over to engineering teams
Stephanie joined the Delivery Team in 2018 and has quickly established herself valued member of the delivery team. She has been recently promoted to an Account Manager across our permanent and contract division. Stephanie will now be the dedicated and go to for all PMO related positions, these include but are not limited to; Cost Control, Document Control, Estimator, Planners (PMO, Risk and Project Controls).

Dylan Church joined LSP Renewables in 2021 undertaking our apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing. After finishing his apprenticeship, Dylan is now focusing on all areas of Procurement Commercial Management across the renewable energy industry. This will include but is not limited to the following; Contract/Claims, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quantity Surveyor and Supply Chain Management.
As an Associate Consultant at LSP Renewables, Sean specialises in introducing market-leading professionals with revolutionary projects within Renewable Energy, across America, Asia, and Europe. His role surrounds the sourcing and resourcing of professionals across the lifecycle of these projects, both Commercially and for the Project Management Office (PMO). Since joining LSP in 2019, she has quickly established herself as an integral member of the Delivery Team. Freddie joined LSP in September 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in. Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry. The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more. Freddie's journey at LSP Renewables is just beginning, and he is excited to collaborate with fellow professionals who share his vision for a greener future.
As an Operations Lead APAC at LSP Renewables, Rita specialises in employment service compliance and auditing, focusing on the application for work permits for expats coming to Taiwan, as well as local labor regulations and relevant legal provisions. She is dedicated to promoting compliance in employment services and provides the fastest and most convenient advice on work permit applications from the client's perspective. Additionally, she formulates internal guidelines and regulations based on relevant legal provisions, such as the Employment Service Act, the Gender Equality Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, among others. Her role involves coordinating with local vendors and internal departments. She manages contracts for clients and candidates, ensuring that all content is updated and renewed on time. Additionally, she supports our sales team in providing professional and timely service to our clients.
Athena joined LSP Renewables in September 2022 after travelling Asia for 6 months. After achieving a BSc degree in Psychology, Athena gained a range of experience within clerking and sales that she will apply to the Contracts and Compliance Team. Athena will support our contractors and clients on a daily basis, with focus on our Site team and their mobilisation, certification and contract needs.
After achieving a 2:1 BA hons degree in Commercial Photography in 2020, Charlotte joined LSP as Office Compliance Administrator to support our ever-growing sales teams and contract base. Charlotte quickly progressed into our Business Support function where she assisted the team with marketing, and internal recruitment. In August 2022 Charlotte was promoted to Marketing Executive. As LSP has grown the need for a further marketing profile was required and with Charlottes background degree in Commercial Photography and her natural aptitude for creativeness she was the perfect choice to fill the position.
Izzey joined LSP Renewables in February 2022 as a Contracts & Compliance Associate. Izzey brings a wealth of customer service experience and focuses on supporting the sales team on a daily basis. Izzey will be a main point of contact for all clients and contractors onboarding queries to ensure a timely and efficient process is had by all.
Danielle has been an integral part of the LSP Renewables team since 2019, starting with LSP by supporting our clients with both their contract and permanent requirements on our sales desk. After returning from maternity leave in 2024, Danielle joined our Contracts and Compliance team where she supports the rest of the LSP team being a main point of contact for all clients and contractors onboarding queries, ensuring all pre placement contracts and checks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. With her experience in recruitment and the renewable energy industry, Danielle also leads our internal recruitment efforts, hiring and attracting the best recruiters to join our team here at LSP.
Siva joined LSP Renewables in March, 2023 as an Accountant within our finance department and is a brilliant support within the finance team.
Keith joined LSP in January 2019. He is an experienced Financial Accountant with 17 years working in the recruitment industry.
Billi joined us in April 2024, as an Assistant Accountant for UK, Asia and the USA. Billi brings vast experience from her previous 5 years of working in Finance within the Tech/Fin-Tech industry to support the financial operations at LSP Renewables. She completed her AAT Level 4 qualification in October 2023 and is looking to further her studies to become a Chartered Accountant by undertaking ACCA later in 2024.
Jack joined LSP in May 2022 as a Finance Assistant to support our internal growth and financial departments demand. Jack studied his AAT Level 2 and 3 at East Surrey College and is currently furthering his education by undertaking his ACCAs.
