Kyri started his recruitment career in 2013, accumulating experience within Oil; Gas and Renewables. Since 2015 Kyri has worked in partnership with many of the leading offshore wind developers; utilities, servicing their requirements for permanent; contract personnel across the UK, Europe; Asia and as a Senior Account Manager for key clients. Kyri joined us in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager, and has recently stepped into his new role as Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. Kyri is responsible for the management of our delivery team to ensure all requirements are serviced to the highest level.

Vessel Operations Coordinator

 Our client is looking for a Vessel Operations Coordinator to join their team.  Key Responsibilities Maintaining close communications with all stakeholders of the Vessel charter including but not limited to the vessel rep; windfarm project; Vessel; internal stakeholders; port agents etc.Monitoring of Vessel movements for execution of activities including bunker planning, appointment and co-ordination with agents and obtaining necessary documentation.Co-ordination with the Contract Manager and/or legal team ensuring that any disputes or claims arising are settled in a timely and effective manner.Keeping all stakeholders informed of the vessel schedule and any delays or potential delays which are reasonably envisaged to ensure the vessel schedule is effectively managed at all times.Ensuring effective operational management of any vessel sub-charters including making sure that charterers instructions are permissible and that redelivery obligations will be met at all times. Vessel Instruction & HandlingManaging and ensuring that operations are operated in compliance with the relevant contracts, with due consideration to the commercial strategy. Identifying opportunities to optimise contractual performance where appropriate.Ensuring accuracy and tracking of all off-hire and maintenance time used to ensure accuracy of charter payments.Bunker replenishment co-ordinationEnsuring timely co-ordination of bunkering activities ensuring no delays to the vessel schedule related to such supplies.Making sure that all required documentation and certification is kept up to date and that documentation remains valid at all times.Invoicing and managing or regulatory requirements in connection with the Vessel Charter.Responsible for ensuring correctness of payment including deductions where necessary and tracking of additional items for payment.Responsible for monitoring all items in relations to other regulatory requirements e.g. EU-ETS obligations. Ensuring Contractual compliance Requirements Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies or Shipping preferred but not essential3+ years in a vessels operations role for Owner or Charterer

Our client is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join their team. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect the project leadership team in the creation and management of a Right 1st Time quality culture within the project team, contractors, and suppliers.Develop and implement a structured quality management system (QMS) for the project and drive compliance with the program quality management process.Lead quality in design, equipment manufacture, fabrication, installation, HUC and hand over to Operations.Be responsible for establishing the project quality objectives, developing, and maintaining the project Quality Plan and other supporting quality documents.Be part of the project team, collaborating with the Senior Quality and methodology manager but deployed to the direction of the leadership Team.Run all quality field resources deployed on the program.Work with other quality managers to develop standard methodology and drive continuous improvement in global quality management practices. Experience and qualifications required: A relevant Engineering Degree, Chartered Engineer and ideally an MSc or MEng.Experience with supplier quality.Have a strong quality mentality.Experience with root cause analysis tools and quality methodologies e.g. lean, six sigma, FMEA etc.A lead auditor in Quality Management Systems e.g. 9001.Experience with sophisticated partner management.Strong influencing skills.Ability to work in a start-up organisation where you are willing to join in to get reach the desired targets as a team.Understanding of the commercial impact of the technical decisions, being able to take the technical decisions which improve the global project benefits. You will work with:Coordination with the Senior Managers and Managers of Engineering fields to ensure the most efficient strategy and management of the technical interfaces.Key partners include Project Managers, Technical Project Managers and Package Managers.Work with multi-located and multi-disciplinary teams locally and globally in OFW and across the company.Work with procurement, quality and respective package management teams.Work and coordinate with the respective engineering community, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and best use of harmonies within the company.Our client is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join their team
