Kyri started his recruitment career in 2013, accumulating experience within Oil; Gas and Renewables. Since 2015 Kyri has worked in partnership with many of the leading offshore wind developers; utilities, servicing their requirements for permanent; contract personnel across the UK, Europe; Asia and as a Senior Account Manager for key clients. Kyri joined us in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager, and has recently stepped into his new role as Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. Kyri is responsible for the management of our delivery team to ensure all requirements are serviced to the highest level.

Our client is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join their team. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect the project leadership team in the creation and management of a Right 1st Time quality culture within the project team, contractors, and suppliers.Develop and implement a structured quality management system (QMS) for the project and drive compliance with the program quality management process.Lead quality in design, equipment manufacture, fabrication, installation, HUC and hand over to Operations.Be responsible for establishing the project quality objectives, developing, and maintaining the project Quality Plan and other supporting quality documents.Be part of the project team, collaborating with the Senior Quality and methodology manager but deployed to the direction of the leadership Team.Run all quality field resources deployed on the program.Work with other quality managers to develop standard methodology and drive continuous improvement in global quality management practices. Experience and qualifications required: A relevant Engineering Degree, Chartered Engineer and ideally an MSc or MEng.Experience with supplier quality.Have a strong quality mentality.Experience with root cause analysis tools and quality methodologies e.g. lean, six sigma, FMEA etc.A lead auditor in Quality Management Systems e.g. 9001.Experience with sophisticated partner management.Strong influencing skills.Ability to work in a start-up organisation where you are willing to join in to get reach the desired targets as a team.Understanding of the commercial impact of the technical decisions, being able to take the technical decisions which improve the global project benefits. You will work with:Coordination with the Senior Managers and Managers of Engineering fields to ensure the most efficient strategy and management of the technical interfaces.Key partners include Project Managers, Technical Project Managers and Package Managers.Work with multi-located and multi-disciplinary teams locally and globally in OFW and across the company.Work with procurement, quality and respective package management teams.Work and coordinate with the respective engineering community, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and best use of harmonies within the company.Our client is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join their team

Package Engineer

Our client is looking for a Package Engineer, the role has the responsibility for carrying out design work and contractor management tasks as directed by Package Managers for the onshore substation(s) and offshore substation packages.  Responsibilities: Preparation of technical papers/slides and presentation to management team, as required.Ensure adherence to SHE and quality requirementsReceive and process TQs, always replying within 10 days.Raise TQs for important technical actions.Responsible for performing work tasks according to the requirements and time limits given by Package Manager.Responsible for assisting the Package Manager in preparation of detailed work planning of activities and the subsequent reporting of work progress, including MoM and action tracker.Contribute to the development of Design Requirements, Design Decisions.Responsible for the identification of any design changes as a result of a variation to the contract arising within his scope of work and the timely notification to the Package Manager.Attending design coordination/review meetings at contractor’s and third party’s offices.Contribute to design reviews associated with Project Governance activities.Ensure documentation review dates are maintainedEnsure that key dates for contractual deliverables are met. Establish key dates for deliverables not stated in contract, and ensure that they are metMaintain a file of all minutes of meeting (MOM), designating which ones are live. Review Minutes of Meeting and ensure that they remain live until all actions are completed.Respond to all Variation Proposals within specified timeMaintain, review and update interface register for the package.Review Interface Register on a regular basisCheck that current actions are being completedAdd new items and re-issue on a monthly basis where applicableEnsure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects and record new lessons learned. Required experienceBe degree educated in electrical or structural engineering or a related field with approximately 5 years’ experience, 2 years of which spent working in the field of offshore wind. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:The ability to manage own workload and meet demanding timescales.The technical skills to understand complex offshore operations and the ability to exchange with and understand subject experts.Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload, meet timescales and coordinate several external and internal stakeholders.Experienced member of engineering teams and/or engineering consultants.Ability to be responsive and open to changing circumstances.Be highly motivated, with a versatile personality and excellent interpersonal skills.Ready for working under pressure with pressing delivery dates.Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).The technical skills to understand complex offshore operations and the ability to exchange with and understand subject experts.Ability to work as a member of a large, multidisciplinary and international team.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report preparation
