Implementation Manager - Cyber Security

Reporting to the HVDC Package Manager, the Cyber Security PM shall have the drive, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the cyber security scope is implemented to converter station packages to both time and cost constraints. The role requires a hands-on approach to management and will be expected to work closely with SCADA and cyber security engineers, package management and commissioning, ensuring alignment across all scopes.  Key Tasks Include Manage the overall cyber security scope, budget and program ensuring the scope is implemented effectively. Responsibilities Responsible for scope, time, cost, quality, risks, communication and safety for the EPCI contract: Overall layout of the offshore substation topside and substructure. Acting as the liaison between the vessel crew, contractors, and onshore project management teams, you will oversee operational activities, monitor contractor performance, and uphold the project’s compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Location: Offshore - European Projects Key Responsibilities Represent our client in overseeing all monopile installation operations, ensuring alignment with project goals, contractual requirements, and safety standards. Serve as the primary point of contact between vessel crew, offshore contractors, and onshore project teams. Communicate closely with onshore colleagues including reporting progress, deviations and lessons learned. Monitor and document contractor performance, including adherence to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), quality requirements, and agreed schedules.
