We are looking for an experienced Head of Electric Vehicles (EV) Recruitment to lead our EV sector, an area witnessing exponential growth as the global push toward clean energy accelerates. This strategic role will involve leading business development, client engagement, and candidate sourcing within the electric vehicle (EV) and EV charging infrastructure space. The Head of EV Recruitment will work to expand our network, strengthen client partnerships, and support talent acquisition for innovative EV projects and companies. Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand LSP Renewables' presence in the EV sector, identifying market trends and developing tailored recruitment strategies.
Cultivate and manage relationships with major players in the EV ecosystem, including automotive OEMs, EV charging companies, and emerging startups.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment with their hiring needs and understanding of their company culture.
Provide insights and updates to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in EV and related areas.
Oversee the recruitment process for high-level roles in EV, including hardware engineering, software, operations, business development, and finance.
Utilize a strong network to source top-tier candidates across EV-focused engineering, data analytics, and management roles.
Build and lead a team of consultants specializing in EV recruitment, offering coaching and guidance.
Drive performance through mentorship, training, and goal setting.
Requirements
Proven track record in recruitment within the renewable energy or EV industry, with specific experience in placing roles related to EV charging, battery technology, or electric mobility.
Strong knowledge of the EV ecosystem, including key trends, challenges, and innovations in EV charging, battery systems, and electric vehicle production.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and candidates, ideally with a robust professional network in the EV sector.
Strategic thinker with experience in business development, with an ability to drive growth in new markets.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with prior experience managing a recruitment team or specialized division.
