Senior Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in executive search and recruiting senior/C-suite level profiles to join our UK team in Bromley, Kent. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to sourcing and successfully placing top-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage senior and C-suite level candidates through Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, and extensive networking via phone, face-to-face meetings, and industry conferences.
Maintain and update the candidate database
Qualify new vacancies received from clients, assessing key elements such as commercials, compliance/IR35, and role specifications.
Prepare and present high-quality CVs/profiles to clients, ensuring a strong candidate-client match.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including coaching and preparing candidates for success.
Handle the full offer-stage process, including negotiating terms and issuing contractual documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with past, current, and future candidates through regular networking.
Develop and manage talent pools and distribution lists for targeted executive recruitment.
Drive vacancy advertising and marketing initiatives to attract top-tier executive talent.
Identify and capitalise on lead generation opportunities to expand business growth.
Set and monitor personal KPIs, continuously evaluating and improving performance
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Requirements
At least 3+ years’ experience in executive search, with a strong track record of recruiting senior and C-suite level professionals.
Experience & networks in renewables is desirable but not essential (all sectors welcome)
Proven ability to successfully place high-calibre candidates in leadership roles
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Expertise in headhunting, market mapping, and proactive talent sourcing
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with credibility and professionalism
High level of commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
