Key Responsibilities: Support the Group M&A team by undertaking a diverse range of analytical and operational tasks, including: Conducting financial statement analysis and maintaining financial models to support decision-making. Leading due diligence efforts, assessing acquisition materials, and compiling internal diligence reports alongside the Investment Director. Identifying and escalating key due diligence findings to differentiate material and non-material risks. This position will focus on direct investing for the our clients fund and European private markets investments, including primary fund investing. As an Analyst, you will collaborate with senior investment professionals in small, dynamic deal teams (typically ~4 members) and play a key role in investment analysis, research, and process management. The private markets program spans multiple asset classes, including venture capital, leveraged buyouts, and special situations.
