Our client is looking for an experienced Investment Analyst, with a background in finance, investment and strategy consulting. This position will focus on direct investing for the our clients fund and European private markets investments, including primary fund investing.

As an Analyst, you will collaborate with senior investment professionals in small, dynamic deal teams (typically ~4 members) and play a key role in investment analysis, research, and process management. The private markets program spans multiple asset classes, including venture capital, leveraged buyouts, and special situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support the investment process, including financial statement reviews, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
• Perform fundamental research on industries, companies, climate impact solutions, and macroeconomic trends.
• Participate in due diligence by engaging with industry experts, equity research analysts, management teams, and private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with outstanding academic performance.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, valuation, and accounting, with direct experience in financial modeling.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
