Morad Bantal is the Regional Director for APAC at LSP Renewables, bringing a wealth of experience in energy recruitment and project management. Since beginning his career in recruitment in 2012, he has played a key role in establishing and expanding energy recruitment businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. His expertise extends beyond talent acquisition, having successfully acquired and managed large-scale international energy projects for clients in the renewable energy sector.

Having spent the majority of his career in Asia, Morad is well-positioned to drive LSP’s growth in the region, enhancing service offerings and strengthening the company’s presence in key APAC markets. He is deeply committed to building long-term partnerships and has successfully collaborated with leading developers, utility companies, EPCI contractors, and service providers worldwide.

QHSE Officer - Senior

Our clients objective is to provide a healthy work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in their business. QHSE is therefore one of the supportive departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. As a project QHSE engineer you will be part of the team that is on site on one of our offshore projects worldwide, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices on site, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Project QHSE reporting, KPI and communications with Project management and vessel Participating in meetings and toolboxes onboard and on site Investigation incidents & non-conformities Engage the supervisors and workforce to actively participate in HSE matters and campaigns Carry out HSE inspections on the work floor and ensure proper reporting, communication and follow-up of the findings Management SHOC cards on board/on site Technical Profile Requirements Provide support to the project team for all QHSE related matters Ensure that personnel use the latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA, etc. Non-Technical Profile Requirements Strong communication skills Good knowledge & experience with MS Office Good command of English, both written and spoken - any other languages are a plus Methodology/Certification Requirements MSC/MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Chemical Engineering OR equivalent through experience OR MSc Degree Safety Engineering, prevention advisor level 1
