Freddie joined LSP in September 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in. Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry. The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more. Our client is seeking a Site Inspection Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities Support Lead Site Manager/ Site Coordinators on all logistic relevant topics. 4 Engineers, 1 per Back-to-Back shifts to cover 24/7 working to ensure all scopes are covered MH site set up, design, storage plans and supports Onsite transportation movements Load-in inspections and vessel movements Load-out inspections and vessel movements Daily operational contact with MH contractor for the mobilisation, operation and demobilisation of MH Prompting good HSE (and Quality) culture and work practices (with support from Client HSE). Input into SIMOPs management of vessel, project work and onshore coordination with Contractor, as per decision authority. Escalating situations outside of decision authority. Highlights site risks, issues, concerns and opportunities against project schedule, budget, contract and operational constraints to Lead Site Manager / Site Coordinators. Attendance to and participation in handover processes and in/out inspections of component, as delegated and in support of QC. Inputting to project schedules and assessing the budget as delegated Contribute to the development of technical documents and tenders for additional site work. Supporting the preparation for Marshalling Harbour Operation phase and forming the interface to all work packages (incl transportation, installation and supply packages where required), projects and departments Contribute to the development and improvement of technical aspects, systems, and assets as well as processes within the package interfacing and reporting between site, MH package and interfaces such as transportation, installation, interim works etc, including action tracking for DPRs. Supporting onsite quality inspectors with coating and remediation works inspections and quality checks. Requirements BSc or other relevant Bachelor of Engineering degree 3+ years work experience on offshore wind farms in a technical role with understanding of interface management and Quality inspections Coating Inspection experience and supporting qualification such as FROSIO or NACE Relevant transferable education and skills sufficient to perform the Project Tasks High level of interpersonal skill set to facilitate crossproject, cross-package Involvement and interfaces High level of detail focus and interface management Ability to operate autonomously Fluent English speaker, with Danish and/or German an advantage

Our client is seeking a Site Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities Support Lead Site Manager on all logistic relevant topics. Delegated responsibility from Lead Site Manager during Lead Site Manager’s Off-shifts. 2 Coordinators on Back-to-Back shifts to cover 24/7 working (1 Coordinator per shift). Daily operational contact with MH contractor for the mobilisation, operation and demobilisation of MH. Observation and supporting site coordination for mob- demob – ops orders. Delegated responsibility from Lead Site Manager to leading Site/Inspection Engineers. Prompting good HSE (and Quality) culture and work practices (with support from Client HSE), overseeing HSE on site when Client HSE is not on site. Coordination and controlling of Marshalling Harbour activities, including robust documentation management/administration, including for customs processes. Obtaining and managing relevant permits for onsite works, interim works, vessel movements SIMOPs management of vessel, project work and onshore coordination with Contractor, as per decision authority. Our client is looking for a Lead Wind Technician to be a part of their in team, this role provides a real opportunity to make a difference in our client's ambition to help the UK achieve Net Zero. Our client’s portfolio of nearly 1,000 MW consists of 36 wind farms – including two offshore wind farms – and one of the largest operational battery storage units in Europe. They are seeking to deliver further growth from the development pipeline or though securing new acquisitions of projects.
