Kathryn joined LSP in 2020 having worked within the recruitment sector since 2008. As a previous recruiter Kathryn re-trained into marketing achieving a diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013 then transitioned into an Operational role in 2021 overseeing the compliance and marketing teams for LSP. 

With her insight into the sales and marketing side of recruitment she helps the entire LSP business to operate in a timely and costly manner, being re-active & pro-active. Kathryn acts as Operations Director, managing all operational matters globally for LSP.
