The Role & Responsibilities

• Explore and set sales targets according to customer needs and the company's annual sales plan
• In charge of implementation of sales plan, periodic (monthly and weekly) adjust and evaluate marketing plans to ensure sales target completion
• Maintenance and updates sales data (contract amount and payment) as well as sales ledger management
• Develop marketing plans and specific embodiment according to the company's business development strategy and sales business objectives
• Responsible for product promotion, promotion of companies and products to enhance the brand
• Development to track new markets and new customer in order to achieve the company's goal of increasing market share
• Customer grading and Classification including customer profiles, management transaction records for analysis and operation
• Establishment customer communication channels; coordinate logistics delivery
• Processing customer complaints and visit customers timely increasing customer satisfaction
• Collection market information, industry situation, dynamic competitors situation , including product information, sales strategies and price etc…
• Customer credit payment management
