We are seeking a Package Quality Manager to join the renewables team for our offshore wind project. This pivotal role focuses on openness, partnership, and responsibility— qualities that define our team. You will develop and implement the project's Quality Management System, ensuring values and requirements are understood and aligned withpolicies, strategies, and procedures. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
• Tailoring the QMS to meet the specific requirements of the offshore wind farm project and ensure its effective implementation
• Identifying quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement through inspections, audits, and assessments
• Defining and sharing the Quality Management Plan, including supporting plans, procedures, and guidelines for project execution.
• Assessing the quality management capabilities of suppliers and contractors, monitor their performance, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Addressing quality deficiencies, mitigate risks, and enhance overall project performance through targeted action plans.

Required for this position:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years proven working experience in quality management, construction, or project management, of which a minimum of 5 years' experience within offshore wind projects
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to offshore wind farm development and operation
