As a Contracts and Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and contract management, contributing to the company's continued success and positive impact on the environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ID checks on new contractors.
  • Manage compliance on Bullhorn, including uploading contractor documents, recording expiry dates, and updating compliance tool spreadsheets.
  • Maintain logs of external contractor certificates, documents, and insurance levels, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Perform weekly checks of payments on hold and ensure contractor documents are in order.
  • Chase documents and certifications, book training, draft and send contracts, and upload documents to the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for external contractors, including managing client-specific documents, drafting and issuing contracts, and being the first point of contact for contractor enquiries.
  • Manage the contracts inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently and information is filed correctly.
  • Ensure new clients, workers, and placements are correctly inputted on InTime via Bullhorn integration, and update pay/charge rates as required.
  • Assist with CV formatting for Sales/Delivery Consultants and mobilisation procedures for international candidates, including flights, hotels, and visa/work permits.
  • Conduct audits across systems when required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in contract management and compliance within a professional setting is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using compliance and CRM tools, particularly Bullhorn would be advantageous.
