Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractor load-in and pre-assembly site activities, ensuring adherence to defined procedures.- Track and monitor component movements and logistical planning.
- Supervise contractor load-out activities and preparations.
- Ensure the preservation of components in compliance with GE requirements.
- Produce daily reports detailing key activities and findings on site
- Conduct safety walkarounds with GE.
- Attend daily and weekly coordination meetings with the GE site team.Skills and Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in WTG construction within large, complex projects.
- Minimum HNC qualification in engineering or construction.
- At least five years of relevant WTG construction experience, ideally as an Employer Representative.
- Strong understanding of the quality function during the execution of EPC contracts.
- Experience working collaboratively with clients and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring contractor activities across various project phases, including preservation, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with project documentation arrangements and contractor documentation deliverables.
- Willingness to be site-based.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.
