Key Responsibilities
Deliverables
All agreements necessary arising from the Scope of Works including but not limited to:

Certifications
- Deliver and maintain the commercial and contractual integrity of the project (excluding procurement contracts)
- Identify gaps or risks to the commercial and contractual integrity of the project
- Foster a commercial culture within the Five Estuaries project team and be an approachable and expert source of advice and help for team members and support to the project’s SMT.
- Engage, negotiate and manage the transaction of agreements as required with:
- Any other neighbouring projects, oil & gas licence holders and operators, and similar
- The Crown Estate including lease option agreements, leases, lease entry and licences.
- Crossing third party assets
- Internal package teams and Tier 1 contractors
- Land transactions team as required to secure necessary onshore land
- Consents team to negotiate agreements to facilitate HRA compensation measures
- Procurement team
- Partnering and transactions team in preparation for an OTO disposal and any other change of control
- Regulatory and Grid: Internal experts and external bodies to ensure timely application and compliance with all non-consents regulatory processes including generation licence
Deliverables
All agreements necessary arising from the Scope of Works including but not limited to:
- Co-ordination Agreement with North Falls Offshore Wind and National Grid Electricity Transmission
- Good Neighbour Agreement between Five Estuaries and North Falls offshore wind farms
- Crown Estate agreement for lease and lease: option notice, lease execution, provision of guarantees, any required deed of variation, licence Regulatory (non-consents) compliance.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience of commercial development of energy projects.
- Experience and understanding of commercial offshore wind development, preferably in the UK context.
- Commercial expertise and nous.
- Demonstrable negotiation ability and experience.
- Able to hold a strategic/tactical perspective while maintaining attention to the detail of specific circumstances.
