As an M&A Associate/Manager, you will be a founding member of our clients M&A division, reporting directly to the Head of M&A. This role will involve both execution and analytical responsibilities, playing a critical role in the company’s M&A initiatives. You will be responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations, driving successful transactions that support the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation
• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, tax, and legal assessments, in collaboration with third-party advisors
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support negotiations on transaction documents and transaction structuring, focusing on valuation, financial, and tax considerations
• Conduct business and financial analysis to support deal execution
• Work closely with the Head of M&A on all transaction-related matters

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure (renewables preferred) investments, M&A transaction advisory, principal investment, or valuation from accounting firms, investment banks, securities firms, or investment/asset managers
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling and M&A deal execution
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Native-level proficiency in Korean
• Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Technical Skills

• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for investment presentations
• Experience with financial database platforms (preferred)
