Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Enablement Lead to join their team and lead the transformation from traditional, siloed procurement to a dynamic, interconnected ecosystem of capabilities that evolves with business needs. This role will establish key enablers, mature processes, and empower a high-performing procurement team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect of Excellence: Own and maintain the supplier relationship management (SRM) process and policy, ensuring it’s seamlessly integrated, communicated, and aligned with team and customer needs.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to authority for supplier performance, assurance, and relationship management, driving best practices across the organization.
  • SRM Leader: Implement and oversee an impactful SRM program for strategic suppliers, ensuring it delivers measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Strategist: Partner with the Procurement Performance Lead, to monitor, manage, and mitigate third-party risks effectively.
  • Transformation Advocate: Lead the charge in communicating and presenting procurement transformation initiatives, inspiring teams and stakeholders with a clear vision and strategic goals.
  • Strategic Collaborator: Work closely with the Head of Procurement to design and maintain reporting tools that enable effective program implementation and oversight.
  • Team Builder: Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
