Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Database Management: Ensure all candidate information is accurately maintained and updated in the ATS.
• CV Formatting: Assist in the formatting of candidate CVs and collection of necessary certifications and personal information.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including coaching candidates to ensure they are well-prepared.
• Offer Handling: Oversee the offer stage, including the issuance of contractual documentation.
• Networking: Regularly engage with past, present, and future candidates to build strong professional relationships.
• Market Mapping: Create talent pools and conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates.
