Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Database Management: Ensure all candidate information is accurately maintained and updated in the ATS.
- CV Formatting: Assist in the formatting of candidate CVs and collection of necessary certifications and personal information.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including coaching candidates to ensure they are well-prepared.
- Offer Handling: Oversee the offer stage, including the issuance of contractual documentation.
- Networking: Regularly engage with past, present, and future candidates to build strong professional relationships.
- Market Mapping: Create talent pools and conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Advertising: Promote vacancies through various channels to attract top talent.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads to support business growth.
Skills and Experience Required
- Confident Telephone Manner: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- Strong Administration Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proximity to Bromley: Must be within a 1-hour commute to Bromley (BR1).
