As the Electrical System Senior Manager, you will be involved in delivering ongoing projects in OSW and the wider New Energy business. You will play a key role in contributing to manage, develop and support broader technical solutions for the Electrical Engineering of assigned project. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Extensive relevant experience on technically complex and high-value HV projects in OSW. Very good leadership, communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to work on complex projects and lead multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse teams. Documented experience with transmission projects, its influence on operation, and performance of a transmission system including the: study, design, configuration, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of OSW electrical systems. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering including study, design, configuration, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Current and demonstrable experience with HV cable works, HV substations or correlated construction activities as well as project management principles. Good organizational skills and a structured working approach with an eye for detail as well as the ability to keep a large overview. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong commitment to safety. Ability to interact with people at all levels internally and externally. The flexibility to adapt to company and project requirements. The Construction Service Marine Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marine management procedures to support the offshore wind projects. The role requires a strong understanding of UK maritime regulations, offshore logistics, and marine coordination, ensuring that all marine operations align with UK and international standards. The specialist will play a critical role in defining vessel strategies, ensuring compliance with The Crown Estate requirements, Marine Management Organisation (MMO) regulations, and industry best practices. Responsibilities        Develop and implement marine management procedures, including vessel coordination, offshore logistics, and safety protocols. Reporting to the HVDC Package Manager, the Cyber Security PM shall have the drive, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the cyber security scope is implemented to converter station packages to both time and cost constraints. The role requires a hands-on approach to management and will be expected to work closely with SCADA and cyber security engineers, package management and commissioning, ensuring alignment across all scopes.  Key Tasks Include Manage the overall cyber security scope, budget and program ensuring the scope is implemented effectively. This position will report to the Country Head, Japan, and will be instrumental in expanding our clients footprint in the Japanese renewable energy market. Responsibilities Lead the commercialization of our clients pipeline of renewable energy projects in Japan, ensuring optimal revenue generation. Build and manage relationships with corporate offtakers, power traders, utilities, and other key stakeholders in Japan. Develop and implement strategies for power sales, including corporate PPAs, feed-in-premium (FIP) mechanisms, LTDA and tolling for BESS and merchant market opportunities. Set up the organizational capabilities for power forecasting, scheduling, and trading in collaboration with external partners. Stay informed on Japan’s evolving regulatory landscape and corporate renewable energy trends to identify investment and business opportunities. Minimum of 10 years of experience in power sales, energy trading, corporate PPA structuring, or commercial development within Japan’s energy sector. Deep understanding of Japan’s power market structure, including FIP, non-fossil certificates, balancing markets, and corporate renewable energy procurement trends. Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing power purchase agreements and large-scale energy transactions. Strong analytical skills with expertise in market analysis, pricing strategies, and regulatory impact assessments.
