As an Operations Lead APAC at LSP Renewables, Rita specialises in employment service compliance and auditing, focusing on the application for work permits for expats coming to Taiwan, as well as local labor regulations and relevant legal provisions. She is dedicated to promoting compliance in employment services and provides the fastest and most convenient advice on work permit applications from the client's perspective. Additionally, she formulates internal guidelines and regulations based on relevant legal provisions, such as the Employment Service Act, the Gender Equality Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, among others.

Her role involves coordinating with local vendors and internal departments. She manages contracts for clients and candidates, ensuring that all content is updated and renewed on time. Additionally, she supports our sales team in providing professional and timely service to our clients.
