Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team for a 6 months maternity cover, the office manager will be essential in maintaining daily office functions, supporting senior management, and contributing to our team's success. This role will drive engagement and uphold the vibrant office culture by organising events, managing office-related queries, and creating a thriving environment.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage presentations and reports, coordinate office maintenance, oversee supplies, ensure office technology functions, and assist with documentation.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Organise company events, support charitable initiatives, and coordinate travel.
  • Support Functions: Assist with onboarding, prepare presentations, set up meeting rooms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • You will also handle ad hoc tasks, serving as the company's central figure and go-to person.
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management and administration
  • Personality: A calm nature with good communication and organisation skills and passionate about making a workplace a vibrate, welcoming environment.
