LSP Renewables (LSP) have been selected to provide recruitment support to Ireland’s largest offshore wind project, Codling Wind Park.

The recruiter will be focused on identifying and supplying a range of personnel covering the lifecycle of the project, which is currently at the design and development stage.  LSP will seek to source such personnel locally as far as possible.

LSP have operated solely within the renewable energy market since 2017 and have been supplying renewable energy projects with talent across the globe from the UK and Europe to the Americas and APAC.

Codling Wind Park is located in the Irish Sea, approximately 13-22km off the east coast of Ireland, between Greystones and Wicklow, and will make a significant contribution to achieving Ireland’s renewable energy targets.

Codling Wind Park Limited (CWPL) is a 50/50 joint venture between Fred. Olsen Renewables and EDF Renewables, both of whom are leading developers and owner operators. Ongoing survey activities along with further public consultations will inform the final design, including the number and size of turbines required to ensure the renewable electricity produced is optimised.

Representing one of the largest energy infrastructure investments in Ireland this decade, the project will deliver substantial benefits to the regional and national economy, including more than 1,000 construction jobs and 70 long-term, locally based jobs.
