Francesca became involved in the renewable energy industry in 2009 where she was a HR Advisor to Orsted (formerly Dong Energy). Francesca joined LSP at inception after completing a Master's degree focused in Human Resource Management and Recruitment from the University of Kent.

She works as our Head of Talent Advisory, she has a demonstrated history of working as a HR Generalist and Senior Recruiter. Skilled in; Talent Acquisition, HR Policies, Employee Relations and Performance Management. Fran specialises in working with Senior Level hires such as Project Directors, Heads Of, Bid Directors and more and can provde market insights, salary benchmarking advice and more in a confidential setting.
