LSP Renewables have partnered with an exciting, new to the market Battery Storage and PV Inverter manufacturer to recruit a Technical Solution Manager in the UK, to act as the technical focal point between the sales team and the end customer. 
Our client offer innovative solutions for distributed PV & Battery Storage across the residential, C&I, and utility scale markets. They entered the UK market last year, and plan to enter new markets including Germany, Poland, Romania, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Insight: Be familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of the target countries;
• Solution value delivery: Responsible for the solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, POC test, etc.;
• Solution design: Analyse and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposal and make ROI calculation. 
• Study product features and make comparison analysis.

Requirements

• Degree educated in an Electrical Engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Solar PV, or Renewable Energy).
• Experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility photovoltaic systems is preferred;
• Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills;
• Occasional business travel for ongoing projects, seminars, conferences etc.
