Our client are looking for an experienced Platform Manager to be onboard their jack up vessel and be responsible for managing all welfare related matters.

- Main point of Contact for MCC. Coordination of relevant vessel activities e.g. guard vessel
- Coordination of day to day activities with all contractors
- Prepare day to day works for all lifting operations with contractors and JUV
- Logistics coordination and management including, manifest all materials to and from the onshore base both in the UK and Haugesund Norway
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Point of contact for the PSV, GV and Support Vessels for all offshore works.
- Reviewing and adding input to project documents like CPP, ERP and platform inductions. Review of Contractors RAMS where necessary
- ATW management and Contractors’ documents review and sign off
- Planning with other contractors to ensure all works go to plan and on time
- Manage works offshore when JUV has departed the platform and SOV in use.
- Planning for the offshore phase for all service works
- Conduct LMRA (last minute risk assessments) prior to ongoing works if required so that the work flow keeps going
- Daily Progress Reports and Weekly Reports sent to management
- Attend and/or Lead daily meetings before the working day starts both onshore and offshore
- Assisting commissioning onshore and offshore
- Ensure Contractor and Company compliance with regulations incl. CDM and Company Procedures
- Point of contact for Incident Reporting during hook-up phase and appointed Emergency Coordinator

- All GWO / HUET + CA-EBS /Offshore Medical & Chester Step Test + GWO Enhanced First Aid
- Previous supervisor position offshore / Client Rep
