Our client is looking for a T&I Manager to maintain Employer presence on the site, attend site meetings, report on progress, ensure Employer interfaces are managed, confirm completion of milestones, provide photographic evidence of site progress to management, provide daily reporting to management, perform site walk downs, manage employer reps on site.
 
Responsibilities

• Development of T&I specifications and requirements needed for the package procurement process
• Manage interfaces with other packages
• Coordination and support of T&I design and engineering processes
• Technical assessment of supplier T&I documentation as part of the procurement process
• CAB T&I compliance with project processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy
• Active monitoring and reporting to package manager on progress according to HSSE, schedule, quality and risk management
• Review of T&I design and engineering tasks and initiation of corrective actions if necessary
• Management of the T&I certification and MWS process
• Support the technical, consents and regulatory teams with CAB T&I related issues or asrequired

 
 Major Tasks

• Represent the interest of the Employer on the construction site
• Coordinate Employer Representatives on the site
• Monitor progress and escalate and issues
• Facilitate visitors to the site ( such as test engineers)
• Drive Safety culture on the site
• Proactively monitor interfaces between the different areas of responsibility and support the PM with the risk management of theses interfaces
• Coordinate tasks with other package engineers, the engineering package, Procurement team & Regulatory team to ensure project optimization and interface alignment
• Continuous cooperation with other Work Streams, Packages, and Units
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of the building permit design and building permit application process
• Attend site meetings, report on progress
• Ensure Employer interfaces are managed
• Ensure Contractor enforces Quality Assurance Plan
• Ensure Contractor enforces Health and Safety Plan
• Perform site walk downs daily and provide report to management
• Provide input into Contractor claims
• Provide lessons learned
• Provide improvement proposals
• Facilitate visitors to site as required
• Perform planned and unplanned quality audits
• Participate in safety drills, Rehersal of concept drills etc

Qualifications

• Mechanical or civil engineer (BSc), or equivalent education with experience with CAB T&I management
• Fluent in Polish and English, Site Management experience, pro-active approch, good communication skills, Familiar with Polish construction law
• 5+ years experience with handling and negotiating technical and commercial solutions
• 5+ years experience in similar role in offshore wind or relevant industry
