Scope EA (Expatriate support)

• Providing information and assistance with visa and residency regulations and document processing.
• Handling inquiries and providing support regarding medical services and insurance.
• Providing information and assistance regarding educational institutions such as schools and language institutes.
• Handling inquiries and providing support related to accommodation.
• Dealing with and providing support in case of emergencies.
• Assisting with business-related interpretation and expense claims.
• Overall support for tasks related to expatriates, including agent management.

Translator

• Collaborating with Senior Translators to support internal English-Korean and Korean-English translation tasks.
• Providing interpretation support when necessary (internal meetings, conferences, simultaneous interpretation during training sessions).

    Qualifications  Required

1. Must have a bachelor's degree from a university and at least 5 years of related experience.
2. Experience in providing support for expatriates currently working in South Korea and for individuals planning to enter or leave the country preferred.
3. Preferably experienced in handling visa, residency regulations, medical services, insurance, education, and accommodation support.
4. Previous experience in translation is preferred.
5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and similar software.
6. Demonstrates an active and cooperative attitude with strong communication skills.
7. Fluent English proficiency at a native level.
